摘 要:随着海洋开发中船舶工业的快速发展,船体腐蚀已成为船舶工业中需要解决的重要问题。本文在分析船舶腐蚀原因及特征的基础上,对船体中较易受腐蚀的船舶海水管道和冷却器的防腐技术进行实验探索,使用化学镀工艺对其防腐研究。实验结果显示,采用耐蚀性及耐磨性较好的化学镀Ni-P合金对海水管道进行保护具有较好的防腐蚀效果。对于船舶冷却器防腐,通过正交试验法优选出一种具有高磷含量的快速化学镀镍工艺配方,分别进行盐雾试验、腐蚀介质浸泡试验测定镀层的防腐蚀能力。结果表明,化学镀层具有优良的耐蚀性能、较高的硬度和耐磨性能,可在钢铁、铜、不锈钢等材料的表面上施镀,是舰船冷却器防护的有效方法。With the rapid development of ocean development of shipping industry, ship hull corrosion has become an important problem which need to be solved. Ships based on the analysis of corrosion causes and characteristics,on the basis of on the ship hull is susceptible to corrosion in the seawater pipeline and the anticorrosion technology has carried on the experimental study of the cooler,the electroless plating method to study its anticorrosion technology. The experimental results show that the corrosion resistance and wear resistance good electroless Ni-P alloy in seawater pipeline protection has good corrosion resistance effects. For ship cooler anti-corrosion,the orthogonal experiment method was optimized a rapid chemical nickel plating process with high phosphorus content formula. The immersion test,salt fog test,corrosion medium calculating were carried. The results showed that the chemical coating has excellent corrosion resistance,high hardness and wear resistance,and they can be in steel,copper,stainless steel and other materials on the surface of plating. This is an effective method of ship protection cooler.
