Coordinatively using Paclobutrazol and NPK Fertilizer to Alleviate Waterlogging Damage at the Heading Stage of Wheat

摘  要:在长江中下游地区,小麦生育后期因降水较多易受涝渍危害,对小麦生产影响较大。为减轻涝渍危害,在现有田间排水措施的基础上综合运用其他措施显得很重要。针对主推品种郑麦9023抽穗期渍涝胁迫,采用完全随机区组进行试验设计,以研究渍涝后植物生长调节物质与营养调控配合运用的效果。结果表明,与仅喷施多效唑的处理相比,多效唑与氮磷钾肥配合运用可使丙二醛含量降低26.9%,叶绿素含量提高8.7%,穗粒数提高25.0%,千粒重提高17.2%,单株产量提高61.4%。可见,多效唑与氮磷钾肥配合能够有效缓解小麦抽穗期渍水危害,防止严重减产。In the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, winter wheat(Triticum aestivum L.) is liable to waterlogging during the late period of wheat growth due to excessive precipitation which may produce a severe effect on wheat production. In order to alleviate waterlogging damage, comprehensive application of other measures is very important in the basis of existing measures for field drainage. Based on waterlogged stress at the heading stage of Zheng-9023, an experiment with a completely random block design was carried out to study the regulatory effects of coordinating plant growth regulating substance and nutrition regulation after waterlogging. The results showed that compared with paclobutrazol being merely applied to spray on the leaves of wheat, coordination of paclobutrazol and NPK fertilizer reduced 26.9% of the MDA and increased8.7% of chlorophyll content in the flag leaf of wheat, enhanced the grains per spike by 25.0%, 1000-grain weight by 17.2%and yield per plant by 61.4%. It is indicated that waterlogging damage at the heading stage of wheat can be effectively alleviated by coordinating paclobutrazol and NPK fertilizer. Severe losses of wheat yield can be prevented.
