鸭棉子饼中毒的病理学观察

摘　　要：对棉子饼中毒患鸭进行了临床症状及病理组织切片的观察。临床上患鸭主要表现为拉稀、消瘦和关节变形。经病理组织切片观察,其肝实质细胞发生颗粒变性,偶见坏死灶;肾小管上皮细胞颗粒变性,肾脏间质淤血;肠绒毛坏死脱落。以上结果显示鸭棉子饼中毒的靶器官是肝、肾以及肠。The ducks poisoned by cottonseed meal through clinical diagnosis were observed with pathological histologic sections. The sick ducks performed as diarrhoea, skinny and deformity of metatarsus joint. Through histopathologically observation, the hepatocytes were granular degeneration. Necrosis was occasionally observed in liver. The epithelium of renal tubule was granular degeneration. The veins in kidney interstitial tissues were congestion. Necrosis and cast of intestinal villi were found. It is indicated that the target organs poisoned by cottonseed meals were liver, kidney and intestine.
