摘 要:针对移相全桥变换器滞后臂零电压开关(ZVS)实现困难的问题,设计了一种辅助电路,可使滞后臂在全负载范围内实现ZVS。首先分析了ZVS的工作原理、滞后臂ZVS实现困难的原因及辅助电路的工作原理,然后对未加辅助电路的主电路及加辅助电路的主电路进行了仿真分析,通过仿真波形验证了理论的正确性。最后在一台4 kW/220V样机上,通过测量其相应波形,进行了验证。实验结果表明,仿真与样机实验结果一致,滞后臂在全负载范围内实现了ZVS。In order to realize zero-voltage switching (ZVS) in any load of the lagging arm, a kind of auxiliary circuit is designed,which aiming at the difficulty in realizing ZVS of phase-shifted full-bridge converter.Firstly,the working principle of ZVS is analyzed, the reasons of the difficulties in realizing ZVS of lagging arm and the working principle of the auxiliary circuit.Secondly,main circuit without auxiliary circuit and main circuit with auxiliary circuit are ana- lyzed in simulation softwarc.Correctness of the theory is validated by the simulation waveform.Finally,by measuring its corresponding waveform in a 4 kW/220 V prototype, the theory is verified.The results show that the results of simula- tion are consistent with prototype experiment, and the lagging ann can realize ZVS in any load within the scope.
