摘 要:电网中存在毛刺会导致有多个电压过零点以及一定的频率波动,传统的过零锁相难以获得准确的电压过零点,致使锁相失败。为此提出一种新的锁相方法,硬件电路上只采取简单的信号调理电路,将输入的正弦波信号转换为同频的交变方波信号,而后借助TMS32OF28335的ECAP模块实现对过零点的捕捉,然后采用软.件方法实现对频率波动的纠正进而精准的锁相。同时采用移动平均值低通滤波器(IPF),使其更能适应谐波检测的需要。最后在DSP+FPGA为主控芯片的APF实验台上进行实验研究,证明了该方法的准确性。In response to there exist glitches in grid, which caused a plurality of voltage zero crossing and a certain frequency fluctuation.It's difficult to obtain an ideal phase locking for the typical phase locking method with zero crossing,causing to failure.To cope with this problem,a new phase-locked method is proposed.It takes only simple signal conditioning circuit in hardware circuit, with converting the input sine wave signal to an alternating square wave signal of the same frequency.Then, with the ECAP module of TMS320F28335 to achieve capturing the zero-crossing point, and at last, using the software method to correct for frequency fluctuations and thus phase-locked accurately. Meanwhile, using the moving average low-pass fiher(LPF),which can adapt to the needs of harmonic detection.Finally, the method is validated with APF experimental stage of DSP+FPGA master chip.
