摘 要:采用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚己二酸丁二醇酯(PBA)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)等原料制备了层压复合用水性聚氨酯胶粘剂(WPU),考查了TMP用量对其性能的影响。结果表明,随着TMP用量的增加,WPU乳液黏度增加,粒径逐渐变大,稳定性变差;经TMP改性的WPU,其胶膜的耐水性优于未改性的,力学性能和复合薄膜T型剥离强度也得到提高。A series of waterborne polyurethane adhesives(WPUAs) for laminated composite was synthesized from polybutylene adipate(PBA), isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI), dimethylolbutyric acid(DMPA), trimethylopropane(TMP), etc. And the influence of TMP content on the properties of WPUA was investigated. The results showed that when the amount of TMP increased, the viscosity and the particle size of WPUA increased, and the stability of WPUA decreased gradually. Moreover, the water resistance of cured adhesive film was much better than that of the unmodified WPUA, the tensile strength of cured adhesive film and the T-style peel strength of laminated composite increased when the TMP amount increased.
