新型耐高温磷氮型环氧胶粘剂的研制

摘  要:以9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)、四溴邻苯二甲酸酐(TBPA)、马来酰亚胺树脂(TMI)、活性稀释剂CE793、DDRS多官能环氧树脂、CA-251固化剂为原料,制备得到了一种新型耐高温磷氮型环氧胶粘剂JNP-1,并对其在室温下不同放置时间的黏度、凝胶化时间、变温拉伸剪切强度等性能进行了跟踪研究。结果表明,JNP-1型胶粘剂随着室温放置时间的延长,相同温度下的凝胶化时间呈现降低的趋势,同时黏度呈增大的趋势,其拉伸剪切强度都是随着室温放置时间的增加呈现先增大后减小的趋势,在放置时间为144 h时达到最大值,在180℃的拉伸剪切强度高达23.4 MPa。Aphosphorus and nitrogen containing type epoxy adhesiveJNP-1 with heat resistance was prepared using 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide(DOPO), tetrabromophthalic anhydride (TBPA), maleimide resin, TMI, reactive diluent CE793, multifunctional epoxy resin DDRS and curing agent CA-251 as the raw materilas. The viscosity, gel time and tensile shear strength at different temperature for the adhesive JNP-1 standed for different time were studied. The results showed that with increasing the standing time, for the adhesive JNP-1 at the same temperature the gel time decreased, while the viscosity increased, the tensile shear strength increased first and then decreased, the maximum value of shear strength at 180℃ after standing 144 hours attained 23.4 MPa, which indicated that the adhesive had excellent mechanical properties and heat resistance.
