摘  要:建立了X荧光光谱法快速测定皮制儿童用品中铅镉的分析方法。样品经皮革专用切割压片装置处理后,采用X荧光光谱仪进行分析,试验了二次靶的康普顿散射线校正样品的厚度对结果的影响,该方法铅镉的检出限分别为0.35μg/g和0.45μg/g。并与微波消解-原子吸收光谱法测定的结果进行对比,两种分析方法测试结果基本一致,不存在显著差异。X荧光光谱法大大节约时间,提高工作效率,将检测时间由4 h缩短至5 min,其重复性、稳定性和准确性均能满足日常检测要求。A method for the determination of lead and fluorescence spectrometry was developed. The samples cadmium in children's leather products by X-ray were analyzed by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry after having been disposed by a cutting and tabletting device and the effects caused by the thickness of the samples have been corrected by the Compton line of the secondary target. Through this method, detection limits of lead and cadmium respectively were 0.35 μg/g and 0.45 μg/g respectively. In addition, there is no significant difference in test results between X-ray fluorescence spectrometry and atomic absorption spec- trometry with microwave digestion. It was decided that the detection time successfully decreased from 4 hours to 5 minutes by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry, which is time-saving and highly efficient and its repeatability, stability and accuracy can all meet routine inspection requirements.
