摘 要:分析浙江省入海河口建闸对环境的影响。结果表明,河口建闸具有防洪御潮、增加可利用水资源量、改善闸内河道通航条件、改善城市水环境景观等正效益,但同时也会带来河口地区河床泥沙淤积、区域排涝能力降低、水质下降、水生态平衡破坏和渔业资源衰退等负效益。建议从减轻入海河口建闸不利影响的角度对不同闸址方案、工程布置以及调度运行方式进行比选,力求入海河口建闸的社会效益、经济效益和环境损失达到最大程度的统一。The author of this paper analyzed the environmental impacts of building sluice on the river estuary of Zhejiang Province. The results show that building sluice on river estuary has such positive effects as controlling flood, resisting tide, increasing the amount of available water resources, improving the navigation conditions of inner river, better the city water environment landscape, etc. But in the meantime it can bring about some negative effects such as sediment accumulation in estuary area, reduction of regional drainage capacity, degradation of water quality, damage of the ecological balance and decline of fishery resources, etc. The author of this paper suggested that we should make comparison and selection to different schemes about sluice location, methods of engineering distribution and dispatching operation from the angle of reducing the adverse effects of building sluice on the river estuary, achieving the greatest degree of unification in social benefits, economic benefits and environmental loss of building sluice on the river estuary.
