摘  要:目的以聚ε-己内酯为成纤维材料制备载有壬苯醇醚的膜,开发具有一定缓释特征的外用避孕药膜。方法将壬苯醇醚与聚ε-己内酯共同溶解于二氯甲烷中得均相溶液后静电纺丝,对所得纤维膜采用扫描电子显微镜,广角X-射线衍射,差示热分析进行表征,分析壬苯醇醚与聚ε-己内酯的结合状态,I2-IK显色法测定从纤维释放至介质中的壬苯醇醚量,绘制释放曲线并对其进行拟合。结果所得纤维均为微米级,添加壬苯醇醚后,纤维直径明显增加,壬苯醇醚与聚ε-己内酯有着较好的结合,壬苯醇醚突释明显,15 min至2 h期间呈现缓释,2 h后纤维释放壬苯醇醚达平台期,随着包载量的增高,突释量和平台期放量也随之增高,且成线性。释放曲线线性拟合后时间与释放百分量的关系符合2种方程。结论以聚ε-己内酯为载体材料包裹壬苯醇醚可以电纺得到微米级纤维所形成的膜,其释放行为满足作为新型理想外用杀精子药剂进行使用的条件。Objective To prepare polyethylene glycol mono-4-nonylphenyl ether loaded membrane by using poly 8-caprolactone as fiber forming material and to develop contraceptive drug membrane with sustained re- lease character to some extent for external application. Methods Polyethylene glycol mono-4-nonylphenyl e- ther and poly e-caprolactone were dissolved in dichloromethane to form homogeneous solution for electro- spinning. Scanning electric microscope, wide angle X-ray diffraction and differential thermal analysis were applied for characterizing the fibrous membranes and analyzing the combination of polyethylene glycol mono-4-nonylphenyl ether with poly 8-caprolactone. I2-IK visualization was applied to determine the amount of polyethylene glycol mono-4-nonylphenyl ether release into medium to plot the release curves also fitted. Results All fibers obtained were microscope, and with polyethylene glycol mono-4-nonylphenyl ether added, all fiber diameters increased significantly. Polyethylene glycol mono-4-nonylphenyl ether combined well with poly ε-caprolactone and had obvious burst. Between 15 min to 2 h, it released sustainably and went into plat- form stage after 2 h. With emtrapping amount increased, burst release amount and platform-stage release a- mount also increased with linear relationship. After linear fitting of release curves, it was found that 2 kinds of formula could satisfy the relation of time and release percent. Conclusions Microscope fibrous membranes can be obtained by electrospinning poly 6-caprolactone with polyethylene glycol mono-4-nonylphenyl ether entrapped. Their release behavior can satisfy the condition of novel desirable external-use pharmarceutic dos- age form for spermicide.
