摘　　要：介绍了空分系统中工艺氩泵普遍存在的旋转部件易损坏问题,针对根本原因探讨分析,提出了改善方法和措施。通过改进设计的实施,延长了备件使用寿命,提高了工艺氩泵的运行可靠性。The paper presents the common problems of easy damage of rotating parts in argon pump in an air separation system. Through analysis of the root cause, we have put forward the improvement measures. After the implementation of improved design, the life - span of spare parts has been increased, and operation reliability of the argon pump has been improved.
