摘 要:利用简单有效的热注射法、调节制备反应条件合成不同形貌的硫化铜(CuxS)纳米复合物。通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和紫外可见(UV-Vis)吸收光谱表征手段对产物的结构和性能进行分析。结果表明,以硫代乙酰胺为硫源、反应温度为423 K、反应时间10 min、油胺和油酸体积比为3∶1时,制备的CuxS纳米颗粒形貌均匀且呈球形,以Cu1.97S分子结构存在。利用光降解亚甲基蓝溶液反应,考察所制备的Cu1.97S纳米复合物的光催化活性。实验结果表明,在可见光照射条件下,亚甲基蓝溶液降解率约为85%,说明Cu1.97S纳米复合物的形貌和结构有利于电子-空穴对的产生和转移,具有良好的光催化活性。The copper sulfide(CuxS)nanocomposites with different morphologies were synthesized by the simple and effective hot-injection method and adjusting experimental conditions.The structures and properties of the as-prepared samples were analyzed by the transmission electron microscope(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)spectroscopy and ultraviolet-visible(UV-Vis)light absorption spectroscopy.The results show that when the volume ratio of oleylamine and oleic acid is 3∶1,the uniform spherical CuxS nanoparticles are obtained with thioacetamide as sulfur source and reacting for 10 min at 423 K,and the as-prepared samples exist in Cu1.97 S form.The photocatalytic activity of the Cu1.97 S nanocomposites was investigated by the photodegradation of methylene blue solution.The experimental results show that the degradation rate of the methylene blue solution is about 85% under the irradiation of the visible-light.It indicates that the morphologies and structures of Cu1.97 S nanocomposites with an excellent photocatalytic activity benefit the generation and transfer of the electron-hole.
