摘  要:以丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)等为原料,采用微波辐射法制备了P(AA/AM/DMC)耐盐性高吸水性树脂.分别考察了DMC用量、AA中和度、引发剂和交联剂用量、微波功率、反应时间、反应温度等对树脂吸水及吸生理盐水倍率的影响,并确定了最佳反应条件为:m(AA)∶m(AM)∶m(DMC)=10∶1∶5,AA中和度为70%,微波功率为350 W,反应时间为25s,引发剂用量为0.83%(占单体总质量,以下同),交联剂用量为0.02%,反应温度为70℃.此时合成的高吸水性树脂的吸水倍率为1 010g/g,吸生理盐水倍率可达209g/g.The salt-tolerant superabsorbent resin was synthesized by acrylic(AA),acrylamide(AM),and methacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(DMC)under microwave irradiation.The effects of DMC dosage,neutralization of acrylic acid(AA),the amount of initiator and cross-linking agent,microwave power,reaction time,reaction temperature on the absorption capacity was studied.The optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows:mass ratios of AA∶AM∶DMC equal to 10∶1∶5,neutralization was 70%,microwave irradiation power was 350 W,reaction time was 25 s,the amount of initiator and cross-linking agent were 0.83% and 0.02%(based on mass of the total monomer),reaction temperature was 70 ℃.The result showed that the absorbent ability of this resin was 1 010g/g for pure water and 209g/g for saline solution.
