摘　　要：本文介绍了惠州炼化催化裂化装置油浆泵机械密封的基本情况和存在的问题,对问题进行了逐一分析并提出相应解决方案。方案的实施改善了机械密封性能,实现了油浆泵介质零泄漏,显著提高了设备的本质安全水平,为催化裂化整套装置的安全长满优生产提供了有力保障。In this paper, the basic information and existing problems of slurry pump mechanical seals of FCC unit in Huizhou refinery were introduced. The problems were analyzed in detail and improvement schemes were proposed. After the scheme implementations, the mechanical seal performance was improved, zero leakage was realized and equipment intrinsic safety level was remarkably enhanced, therefore, the level of safety production management of FCC unit was promoted.
