摘 要:以1年生夏蜡梅幼苗为试验材料,通过盆栽控水法研究了干旱胁迫对夏蜡梅幼苗生理特征的影响,并分析了其主要抗旱机制,以期总结夏蜡梅幼苗的灌溉措施。结果表明:夏蜡梅幼苗的保护酶系统活性表现为相互协调的作用,同时丙二醛(MDA)含量与保护酶活性存在极大相关性;可溶性蛋白(SP)在干旱期间上升缓慢,而游离脯氨酸(Pro)上升迅速。主成分分析结果表明,夏蜡梅幼苗对轻度干旱有一定耐受力,中度和重度干旱对其伤害较大。因此,在华东地区将夏蜡梅作为园林绿化树种推广时,旱季应注意及时灌溉。For seeking suitable irrigation measurement,the effect of drought stress on physiological characteristics and main mechanism of drought resistance of one year old Sinocalycanthus chinensis seedlings were studied by an experiment of pot water controlling method. The results showed that the activities of enzyme integrated co-operately to drought stress,and there was a great relationship between enzyme activities and content of malondialdehyde(MDA). Soluble protein(SP) increased slowly during the period of drought,while free proline(Pro) increased rapidly. Principlal component analysis showed that Sinocalycanthus chinensis seedings could tolerate mild drought and moderate or severe drought might harm the seedling. In eastern China,Sinocalycanthus chinensis used as garden tree should be paid attention on irrigation in dry season.
