摘  要:分析9Cr18不锈钢内圈出现磨削划伤的特征及原因,为达到散光灯下使用20倍显微镜沟道检查不出现划伤的工艺要求,以典型型号70XX/HVP2内圈沟道磨削为例进行工艺试验,首先通过试验选用合适的砂轮,再通过调整磨削量、磨削进给速度、工件转速等机床参数,使内圈沟道磨削划伤率降低了40%,显著提升了磨削质量。The characteristics and reasons for grinding scratch of inner ring made of stainless steel 9Cr18 are analyzed.In order to meet the technological requirement which there is no scratch in raceway checked with 20 times microscope under astigmatism lamp,taking the inner ring raceway grinding of typical model 70 XX / HVP2 as an example,the process test is carried out. Firstly,the appropriate grinding wheel is chosen according test. The grinding scratch rate for inner ring raceway is decreased by 40% and the grinding quality is significantly improved by adjusting machine parameters such as amount of grinding,feed speed and rotational speed of work piece.
