摘　　要：设计生产了235 59×2/59×2 173/86.5 1/1丙纶短纤过滤帆布,通过对织造准备、织造工艺关键技术进行分析和优化,合理调节车速、投梭时间、上机张力、开口时间、梭口高度、后梁高低等工艺参数,采用专用抗静电油剂和严格控制好车间内的温度与相对湿度等措施,片梭织机织造该织物的织机效率达到97%以上,入库一等品率达99%以上。Aiming at design and production of 235 59 × 2/59 × 2 173/86.5 1/1 mineral filtering canvas made of polypropylene staple. By means of analyzing and optimizing key technology of weaving preparation and weaving technology including adjusting loom speed, pick time, loom tension, shed time, shed height and the position of back rest reasonably as well as taking special antistatic oil and strictly controlling the workshop temperature and relative humidity, the weaving efficiency reached above 97%, and warehousing grade rate of the made canvas reached more than 99%.
