摘 要:研究了压缩空气温湿度、纺纱环境温湿度对喷气涡流纺可纺性能的影响,并对比分析了它们对喷气涡流纺可纺性能影响的主次顺序,得出了纺Modal纤维和涤纶纤维时压缩空气温湿度、纺纱环境温湿度的控制范围,以期为后续的试验研究和纺纱生产提供参考。The influence of compressed air temperature and humidity as well as of spinning environment temperature and humidity on spinnability of jet vortex spinning is studied. The primary and secondary order of their influence is analyzed, the control range of compressed air temperature and humidity as well as of spinning environment temperature and humidity when spinning modal and polyester is thus obtained, providing a certain reference for future experimental research and production.
