摘 要:以乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸为原料,采用半连续种子乳液聚合的方法,合成了一种具有核壳结构的有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液黏合剂。讨论了多种因素对乳液聚合和乳胶膜性能的影响,并用红外光谱、TEM等对乳液黏合剂进行了结构表征与分析。结果表明:有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液黏合剂的最佳合成条件为:引发剂用量1.3%、80℃保温反应1h、乳化剂用量3%、有机硅用量4%,此时单体转化率高达95.01%,凝胶率0.71%,胶膜吸水率仅为硅改性前的35.60%;涂料印花后织物干湿摩擦牢度分别达到4—5级、3—4级,皂洗沾色4—5级,褪色4级,弯曲刚性2.13;印花织物色牢度高,手感柔软,无甲醛释放,与商品黏合剂相比综合性能较好。A silicone modified acrylate emulsion adhesive with the core-shell structure is successfully prepared by the semi-continuous method of seed emulsion polymerization, using methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate and acrylic acid as raw material. A variety of factors affecting the emulsion and latex membrane performance are discussed, and the film is characterized by FTIR and TEM. The result indicates that optimum polymerization condition for emulsion preparation is determined as initiator 1.3%, temperature at 80~C for lh, emulsifier 3% and organo silicon 4%, the monomer conversion rate 95.01% , gel fraction 0.71%. The film water absorption of silicone-modified is only 35.60% of the amount of pre-modified. Application of this emulsion to pigment printing features that dry friction color fastness is 4 - 5, wet rubbing fastness reaches 3 -4, soaping staining fastness is 4 -5, soaping fading fastness is 4 and bending rigidity is 2.13. The application experiments shows that the pigment-printed fabrics using the emulsion adhesive had excellent rubbing and soaping fastness, brilliant color, soft handle, no formaldehyde release, and better complex performances than some kinds of commercial adhesives.
