瑞典科技创新模式对江苏的启示

摘　　要：现阶段是江苏省转变经济发展方式攻坚时期,加快转型升级、提高科技创新能力成为新时期我省的核心任务。瑞典一向以"创新"自居,对于瑞典而言,创新成功很大程度上来自于整体协调的结果。瑞典的科技创新实践为我省提供了较好的借鉴。文章在对我省科技创新现状及问题进行系统研究的基础上,总结了瑞典科技创新对我省的启示,为我省进一步推进科技创新提供参考。For the new stage Jiangsu province, our core task is to speed up the transformation and upgrading and to improve the scientific and technological（ST） innovation since now our province enters into the key period to transform the economic development. Sweden is famous for ＂innovation＂. For Sweden, the innovation is the result of the overall coordination to a great degree. The practice of the ST innovation in Sweden sets a good example for us. This text summarizes the new features of the ST innovation in Sweden and provides some inspirations for us based on the systematic study of our new situations and problems in the ST innovation, offering some reference for our further ST innovation.
