摘　　要：高校图书馆作为知识的集聚中心,是信息生产、传播和利用的综合体。文章从原则、方式、对策几个方面,探讨我国高校图书馆应如何提升社会信息服务,提升其自身的服务能力,为促进社会服务模式的创新与发展提供一定的科学理论依据和方法。As a knowledge concentration center, the university library is a complex of information production,transmission and utilization. This article discusses the university library in our country about how to improve social information services, and how to improve its service ability from the principles, methods and countermeasures,to provide some scientific theory and methods for promoting the innovation and development of social service mode.
