摘 要:目的:探讨鬼箭羽抗大鼠急性心肌缺血损伤的作用机制。方法:将健康Wistar大鼠经ECG筛选后随机分为鬼箭羽高、中、低剂量组,模型组,假手术组,阳性对照组,每组10只。采用冠状动脉结扎法建立大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,检测血清中肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮(NO)等指标。结果:鬼箭羽高、中剂量组能降低模型大鼠血清CK、CK-MB、AST、LDH和MDA水平,提高模型大鼠血清SOD、NO含量,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鬼箭羽对急性心肌缺血大鼠的心肌细胞具有一定的保护作用,有一定防治心肌缺血的作用。Objective: To evaluate the mechanism of Gui Jian Yu fighting against the impairment induced by acute myocardial ischemia(AMI) in rats. Methods: After performed ECG screening, the healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into the high, middle and low dose groups of Gui Jian Yu, the model group, the sham group as well as the positive control group with 10 cases in each. The AMI models were established by coronary artery ligation and the levels of serum creatine kinase(CK), creatine kinase MBmass(CK-MB), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), serum malondialdehyde(MDA), superoxide dismutase(SOD) and nitric oxide(NO)were detected in different groups. Results: The levels of rats serum CK, CK-MB, AST, LDH and MDA markedly decreased in the high and middle dose groups of Gui Jian Yu and the serum SOD and NO significantly increased, and the differences in comparing these groups with the model group had statistical meaning(P〈 0.05). Conclusion: GuiJian Yu has certain protective function for the the myocardial cells of the AMI rats and can prevent AMI occurrence in a certain degree.
