四神丸溯源及新探

摘　　要：从方源、方解、应用几方面对四神丸进行探索,指出四神丸方名可能源自《华佗神医秘传》《陈氏小儿痘疹方论》及《普济本事方》等,然其确切出处尚无法考定;四神丸组方机理的解释除补火暖土外,尚有抑木扶土一说;四神丸有良好的药理学基础,临床广泛用治腹泻、结肠炎等消化道疾病及以脾肾阳虚为主要病机的其他疾病。SiShen Wan were explored from the perspective of prescription origin, interpretation and application in the paper. The results were indicated that the name of SiShen Wan might be from Legends of Highly Skilled Doctor： HUO Tuo, CHEN′s Prescription for Infant Variola and Prescriptions for Universal Relief and Oroginal Story but its accurate provenance was not checked and confirmed; the prescription mechanism of Si Shen Wan was explained to be tonifying fire and nourishing earth as well as inhibiting wood and replenishing earth. With good pharmacological basis, SiShen Wan are extensively used to treat the diseases of digestive tracts like diarrhea and colonitis and other diseases caused by Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney as the main pathogenesis.
