局部氧疗配合甲硝唑和龙血竭粉治疗Ⅲ期压疮临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察局部氧疗配合甲硝唑龙血竭粉治疗Ⅲ期压疮临床效果。方法:将Ⅲ期压疮患者62例按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各31例,对照组采用甲硝唑龙血竭粉外敷疮面治疗;观察组采用局部氧疗配合甲硝唑龙血竭粉治疗,比较2组患者治疗后5、10、15天创面大小和治愈率。结果:观察组疮面面积较对照组明显缩小(P<0.05),治疗15天后2组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组临床治愈率明显高于对照组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(χ2=13.216,P<0.05)。结论:局部氧疗配合甲硝唑龙血竭粉治疗Ⅲ期压疮见效快、治愈率高。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of topical oxygen therapy combined with metronidazole and Long Xue Jie powder in treating pressur e sores of stage III. Methods： Totally 62 patients with pressure sores of stage III were divided into control group and observation group by random digital figures with 31 cases in each group. The control group was only given metronidazole and Long Xue Jie powder while the observation group was received local topical oxygen therapy besides metronidazole and Long Xue Jie powder; wound sizes and cure rates of the two groups after 5, 10 and 15 days＇ treatment were compared. Results： On the 5th, 10 th and 15 th day, the sore areas of the observation group were significantly reduced in the comparison of that of the control group（P〈 0.05）, but on the 15 th day, the differences of total effective rates had no statistical meaning（P〉 0.05）; the healing rate of the observation group was markedly higher than that of the control group and the differences compared had statistical meaning（ χ^2=13.216, P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Topical oxygen therapy combined with metronidazole and Long Xue Jie powder in treatment of pressure sores in stage III has rapid effect with high cure rate.
