摘 要:目的:在相同曝光剂量下,比较腰椎数字X线摄影系统焦-片距(FFD)120 cm与200 cm成像质量及辐射剂量。方法:将临床需进行X线复诊的腰椎间盘患者30名作为志愿者,腰椎摄影管电压设为正位80Kv、侧位120 Kv,初查时设定FFD为120 cm,复查时FFD为200 cm,采用相同AEC及照射野进行摄影。由3名医师参照EUT16260EN腰椎影像质量评分标准进行评分。结果:初诊时FFD120cm组腰椎正侧位影像质量评分分别为(3.0±0.5)分、(2.5±0.5)分,ESD值分别为(1.56±0.24)m Gy、(3.48±1.2)m Gy;复诊时FFD200 cm组腰椎正侧位影像质量评分分别为(4.5±0.5)分、(4.0±0.5)分,ESD值分别为(0.97±0.21)m Gy、(2.04±0.9)m Gy。2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腰椎数字化X线摄影焦-片距200 cm成像质量较120 cm有所提高,且被检者体表入射剂量显著降低。Objective:To compare the imaging quality and radiation dosage of lumbar digital X-ray images with focus film distances(FFD) of 120 cm and 200 cm under the same exposure dose. Methods: Thirty patients who needed X-ray examination during the return visit volunteered in this experiment. The voltages of the image pickup tube were 80 Kv in anteroposterior position and 120 Kv in lateral position. The FFD of the first visit was 120 cm and the second visit 200 cm. The same ACE and radiation field were adopted when pictures were taken. Three doctors graded the pictures under the guidance of EUT16260 EN. Results: The grades of imaging quality of the first visit,when the FFD was 120 cm in both the anteroposterior position and lateral position, were(3.0 ±0.5) and(2.5±0.5)respectively. And the ESD grades were(1.56±0.24) m Gy and(3.48±1.2) m Gy respectively. During the second visit,when the FFD was 200 cm in both the anteroposterior position and lateral position, the imaging quality grades were(4.5±0.5) and(4.0±0.5) respectively and the ESD grades were(0.97 ±0.21) m Gy and(2.04 ±0.9) m Gy respectively.The comparison had statistical significance(P〈 0.05). Conclusion: Compared with the images with FFD of 120 cm,the lumbar digital X-ray images with FFD of 200 cm have better imaging quality and the patients have lower surface incident dose.
