摘　　要：介绍了胶带端部采制样工作原理、初级样重量的确定、端部采制样的工艺流程分析、技术关键及单元设备研发重点,指出通过对移动斗式采样器、单斗提升机、制样环节工艺设计等关键单元设备的具体研究,可完成胶带端部采制样系统的基础技术储备工作。This paper introduced the working principles,primary weight determination,process analysis of sampling and sample preparations on belt end,technological keypart,research keypoint of unit equipment of sampling and sample preparations on belt end,it was indicated that through research on unit equipments like mobile bucket sampler,simple bucket hoist,sampling step design,the basic work of technical reserves of sampling and sample preparation system on belt end could be achieved.
