摘　　要：对选煤厂浮选精煤脱水工艺进行简要概述,并介绍陈四楼选煤厂在使用快开隔膜压滤机时,从入料方式、吹风方式、入料压力、吹风和压榨压力、压榨和吹风顺序的确定及保养制度的改进等方面探讨其操作方法的优化,并对设备结构改造、粒度组成调整及运行效果进行分析,指出对快开隔膜压滤机的优化改造可提高选煤厂的跳汰洗煤处理能力及经济效益。This paper generally introduced the flotation concentrate technology in coal preparation plant,and from aspects such as feeding mode,blowing method,feeding pressure,blowing and squeezing pressure,squeezing and blowing order and improvement of maintenance system,the optimization of operation method when quick-opening diaphragm filter press was used in Chensilou coal preparation plant discussed,moreover,the equipment structure transformation,size composition and adjusting and the operation effect were analyzed,it was indicated that after the transformation of quick-opening diaphragm filter press,the processing capacity of coal preparation with jigging ofcoal preparation plant and economic profits could be enhanced.
