摘 要:利用公开数据,采用德尔菲法和层次分析法确定指标权重,多指标加权综合评价了我国煤炭资源开采技术水平纵向变化以及与国际先进水平的差距。结果表明,十二五初期与十二五末期相比,总体上提高了约56个百分点,但与国际先进水平相比,仍然处于较低水平,接近中等水平。在分析开采技术水平制约因素的基础上,提出了相应的对策建议。In this paper,based on public data,Delphi and AHP analysis methods were adopted to determine the index weight,multiple indexes was adopted to comprehensively evaluate Chinese coal mining technology level and the gap with international advanced level. The results showed that,compared with the late 10 th Five-Year period,the whole level increased by about 56 percent in the early 12 th Five-Year period. However,compared with international advanced level,coal exploiting in China was still at a low level,close to the middle class. The constraints of mining technology were analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures were proposed.
