摘 要:采用水酶法制备了一种低取代度羧甲基淀粉DRJ-2作为铁矿抑制剂。以齐大山铁矿的混合磁选精矿为浮选给矿,进行了详细的试验研究。结果表明,该抑制剂DRJ-2用量少,工艺流程简单;浮选闭路试验获得了精矿品位67.33%、尾矿品位12.64%、回收率86.33%的优异指标。该研究为提高铁矿物回收率、降低尾矿品位提供了一种性能优良的抑制剂。A kind of carboxymethyl starch with low degree substitution was synthesized using aqueous solvent and was used as inhibitor of iron ore in the flotation process of mixed magnetic concentrate of Qidashan Iron Ore Treatment Plant. Results showed that the dosage of DRJ-2 was less than that of strach,and technical process is simple. A better experimental index of concentrate Fe grade 67. 33%,Tailings Fe grade 12. 64%,and Fe recovery 86. 33% was obtained in a closed-circuit flotation test,which means that DRJ-2 is an effective inhibitor for increasing iron recovery of concentrate and decreasing the TFe grade in the tails saving iron resources.
