摘 要:无取向磁性电工钢是一种应用范围极为广泛的金属功能材料,主要用于制作小型家电和大型变压设备的软磁合金材料,其用途广泛、节能环保、需求量大,是日常应用极为重要的功能材料.本文从无取向电工钢退火时间、温度对磁性的影响分析入手,区分温度对不同结构占有率以及时间对晶粒尺寸大小、变化的影响程度,研究认为纤维组织完全消失和(111)面组织状态构成较弱时,磁感处于最高点,而磁滞损耗与铁损同步降低,对组织结构影响不大.通过对课题的研究分析,力求为推动相关领域的实践发展做出有益的探索与尝试.Non-oriented magnetic electrical steel is a type of functional metal material,which can be widely applied,for instance,to producing soft magnetic alloys for small household appliances and large pressure equipment.Its widespread use,energy-saving,environmental-friendliness and in high demand makes it an important functional material in daily application.The analysis in this thesis starts from how the annealing time and temperature of non-oriented steel affect its magnetic properties so that distinctions can be drawn about the impact of temperature on different structure shares as well as that of time on different sizes and variations of grains.It is held in this thesis that the magnetic induction reaches the highest point when the fibrous tissue disappear altogether and the(111)surface is in a relatively weak state,while a synchronous reduction of hysteresis loss and iron loss makes no difference to organizational structure.Research in this thesis is supposed to be conducive to the practical development in related fields.
