佛山地区妊娠图的研究

摘　　要：目的 重新绘制佛山地区正常孕妇宫高、腹围和体重妊娠图。方法 回顾性分析了该院分娩的3 098名新生儿体重分布,前瞻性地测量6 866例次正常孕妇20~42周宫高、腹围和体重,确立各孕周三者的正常数值范围及宫高警戒线。结果 经临床验证,运用所绘制的妊娠图可发现87%的小于胎龄儿、76%的大于胎龄儿,孕期应用妊娠图监测能较早地发现胎儿宫内发育异常。结论 妊娠图具有方法简单、对比性强、实用价值高等优点,可供佛山地区产前诊断参考。[ Objective ] To replot the gravidogram of fundal height, abdominal girth and body weight of nomal gravida in Foshan district. [ Methods ] The body weight distribution in 3 098 new-born babies born in our hospital was analysed retrospectively. The fundal height, abdominal girth and body weight of 6,866 normal gravida from the 24th to 42nd gestational week were measured prospectively. The normal range of the three factors and the alert region of fundal height to monitor fetal growth were determined. [Results] 87% of small for gestational age infants, 76% of large for gestational age infants were screened out by this gravidogram in clinical verification. Abnormal intrauterine development could be detected earlier through the monitor of gravidogram during pregnancy. [ Conclusions ] Gravidogram exhibits the superiority of briefness, high contrast and practicability in assessing the well-being of fetus. It might provide a reference for antipartum diagnosis in Foshan district.
