摘  要:目的分析基于跨理论模型的健康教育对孕妇体质量管理的效果。方法将纳入研究的115例孕妇分层随机分配到干预组和对照组。干预组接受基于跨理论模型的健康教育干预。对照组接受常规产前健康教育。比较干预后,两组研究对象的孕期体质量控制理想率、体质量管理行为改变阶段和分娩结局。结果干预组孕期体质量控制理想率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组对象体质量管理行为改变阶段在妊娠28周差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在分娩前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组巨大儿发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组剖宫产率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于跨理论模型的健康教育可以有效提高孕期体质量控制理想率,改善孕妇体质量管理行为以及减少巨大儿的发生率。Objective To analyze the effect of trans‐theoretical model‐based health education on weight manage‐ment in pregnant women .Method Totally 115 women were selected and stratified randomly assigned to intervention group and control group .Patients in intervention group received trans‐theoretical model‐based health education .Pa‐tients in control group received conventional prenatal education .The ideal rate of pregnancy weight gain ,the stages of behavior change and birth outcomes were compared between the two groups .Result The ideal rate of pregnancy weight gain of the intervention group was much higher than that of the control group (P〈0 .05) .The stages of be‐havior change was not statistically different in 28th week of pregnancy(P〈0 .05) ,but there was statistically signifi‐cant difference before delivery(P〈0 .05) .Macrosomia incidence of the intervention group was much lower than that of the control group(P〈0 .05) .There was no significant difference in cesarean delivery rate between the two groups (P〈0 .05) .Conclusion Trans‐theoretical model‐based health education can effectively increase the ideal rate of preg‐nancy weight gain ,and improve the behavior of weight management and reduce the incidence of macrosomia .
