摘  要:毛泽东青年教育工作观是毛泽东思想的重要组成部分,也是毛泽东教育思想的实践基础。毛泽东与众多爱国青年一道,以救亡图存、强国新民为目标,以"工读新村"建设为契机,为青年教育工作观的探索和发展作出了重要的贡献。毛泽东青年教育工作观的"参与、激励和增能"三个特质对于理解新时期"青春党建"具有重要的启示意义。Mao Zedong' s doctrine of the educational work for youth is one of the important contents of Mao Zedong thought, and also the practical principle of Mao Zedong' s thought of education. Accompanied with many young patriotic students, Mao Zedong devoted himself to building the "New Village based on Part - work and Part - study" which is for the sake of independence of our nation and people. He has made the significant contributions to not only the theoretical study but also the practical development of the doctrine of the educational work for youth. However, the three important characteristics of the above - mentioned doctrine, i. e. "engagement, encouragement and empowerment", will contribute to a better understanding of the contemporary "Party Con- struction for the Youth".
