摘　　要：目的探讨CO2激光治疗声门下淀粉样变的确切疗效。方法回顾性分析2例激光手术治疗声门下区淀粉样变患者的临床资料。结果 2例患者术中及术后未出现明显并发症,患者术后声音嘶哑、喉梗阻症状较术前明显改善。术后随访期间(随访期限分别为术后9个月和14个月)均未发现复发。结论 CO2激光辅助治疗声门下淀粉样变疗效确切。若首次激光手术时切除彻底,短期内预后良好,远期疗效仍需继续随访观察。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of Carbon dioxide （CO2 ）laser in the treatment of subglottic amyloidosis.Methods Clinical data of two cases of subglottic amyloidosis from Jan.2010 to Oct.2014 were re-viewed.Results No obvious complication was found in the two patients after laser operation.Symptoms,including hoarseness and laryngeal obstruction,were relieved dramatically after the surgery.Follow-up period was 9 months and 14 months,respectively. During the follow-up,no recurrence happened on both patients.Conclusion CO2 laser is ef-fective to treat subglottic amyloidosis.Short-term clinical outcomes are satisfactory if complete resection is achieved, however,long-term effects need further observation.
