摘  要:进行雷击灾害风险评估并选取合适的防护措施是防止和减少茶场因雷击事故造成损失的重要手段。应用IEC62305规范以及GB/T21714国家标准,对浙江省新昌县某高山茶场进行雷击灾害风险评估。结果表明:茶场加工车间和管理用房人身伤亡损失风险超过国家强制性规范要求,经济损失风险低于国家强制性规范要求。人身伤亡损失风险偏大主要由雷击建筑物附近造成接触和跨步电压引起的活体损害风险过大造成的。据此提出在电力线路入口处安装Ⅲ~Ⅳ级的SPD来降低人身伤亡损失风险。该风险评估成果在茶场中得到实际应用,项目实施以来暂未出现雷击灾害事故。Carrying out the risk assessment of lightning disaster and choosing the most suitable prevention program are important means to prevent and reduce the casualty loss caused by lightning disaster.The lightning disaster risk of high mountain tea plantation of Xinchang City in Zhejiang Province was studied by applying IEC62305 specifications and GB/T21714 national standards.The result showed that the risks of casualty loss of tea processing workshop and management room were beyond the national compulsory standard requirements, and risks of economic loss were lower than the national compulsory standard requirements.The risks of casualty loss mainly came from the contact caused by direct lightning stroke of the building, step voltage.It's advised to install Ⅲ~Ⅳ level SPD in power line entrance to reduce the risks of casualty loss.Resuh of the risk assessment had got practical application in the tea plantation, and lightning disaster has not happened in tea plantation till now.
