摘  要:气象信息综合分析处理系统数据库(MICDB)作为气象服务信息系统(MESIS)的数据支持,为决策气象服务提供了稳定的保障,对于数据存储与读取等都进行科学的设计。在MESIS系统向市县级用户推广过程中发现,由于市县技术力量薄弱,导致MESIS系统使用频率较少。为了发挥数据库数据处理存储的优势,辽宁省利用MICDB数据库开发了面向省、市、县三级的雨量绘图平台,平台使用地理信息数据,准确地反映了辽宁省海岸线、海岛等信息;绘图功能采用中国气象科学研究院开发的气象数据图形信息系统(Meteo Info),以Python语言编写脚本,VB.net调运脚本进行绘图,平台操作简单;采用该平台后,省、市、县三级在决策服务中雨量信息保持了一致性,图形实现了标准化,有效提高了决策服务质量。The data support of Meteorological Service Information System (MESIS) as database of Meteorological Information Comprehensive Analysis Process System (MICDB)provide meteorological services for decision-stable protection, data storage and read were also scientifically designed. The city and county MESIS system users found that in the promotion process the use frequency of MESIS in cities and counties was low due to weak technology skill.In order to take advantage of database data processing storage,rainfall graphics platform for the provincial and county levels was developed using MICDB database in Liaoning Province.The platform accurately reflected the coastline,islands and other information in Liaoning Province using GIS data.Drawing capabilities were developed by the Chinese Academy of Meteorological Sciences meteorological data graphical information system (Meteolnfo), scripting language was the Python, using VB.net script transporting for drawing, and the operation of platform was simple.After using this platform,provincial and county levels in the decision-making services rainfall information remained consistent,the goal of standardization of graphics was achieved, and the quality of decision services was effectively improved.
