摘　　要：阐述了渔业产权的含义与分类,从制度缺陷、渔业资源本身的缺陷、产权流转机制缺陷3个方面分析了我国渔业产权管理方面存在的问题,并提出一些有益的建议,旨在为我国渔业产权制度的建设起到一定的参考作用。The meaning and classification of fishery property rights were described ,problems of fishery property management in China were analyzed from three aspects, including the defect of system, the defects of the fishery resources, property rights transfer mechanism flaw, and some useful suggestions were put forward,in order to provide a certain reference for the construction of fishery property rights system in China.
