阆中市大中型水库移民避险解困搬迁效应分析

摘　　要：水库移民对国家经济、社会的发展有着巨大的贡献,但由于种种原因,相当一部分水库移民十分贫困,经济与社会生活缺乏保障,存在一系列社会问题。以阆中市大中型水库移民避险解困搬迁为例,从剖析移民生存的基本特征入手,制定移民避险解困搬迁方案,阐释移民搬迁所带来的效应,并提出提高移民搬迁效应的建议。Reservoir relocation has a great contribution to the national economy and social development ,but due to various reasons ,a considerable part of reservoir migration is very poor,and lack of protection of economic and social life,existing a lot of social problems.Taking Langzhong City large and medium-sized reservoir resettlement relocation hedging difficulties for example,the basic characteristics of immigration survival,formulated hedging difficulties immigration relocation program were analyzed,the effect brought about by the relocation was explained, suggestion to increase the relocation effect was proposed.
