大黄配伍芒硝对剖宫产切口愈合的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察大黄和芒硝外敷剖宫产切口对切口愈合的影响。方法：使用大黄和芒硝外敷剖宫产切口200例，观察治疗效果。结果：（1）剖宫产术后伤口出现红肿，使用大黄和芒硝外敷伤口，能迅速有效的吸收渗液，同时减轻红肿，促进伤口愈合，甲级愈合率74％，对照组甲级愈合率54％，两组相比效果显著（P〈0．05）；（2）剖宫产术后使用大黄和芒硝外敷伤口，能保持伤口干燥无红肿，减轻缝线反应，减少硬结及缝线处皮肤破溃，有效促进伤口愈合，甲级愈合率90％，对照组甲级愈合率78％，两组相比效果显著（P〈0．05）。结论：大黄和芒硝外敷切口能有效吸收切口渗液，具有消炎和消肿的作用，能够促进剖宫产切口的愈合。Objective Observation on rhubarb and Glauber＇s salt Cesarean incision wound healing effects. Methods Uses the rhubarb and Glauber＇s saltCesarean incision in 200 cases, treatment effect was observed. Results （1） profile Palace produced operation Hou found wound appear red and swollen, using rhubarb and Glauber＇s salt topical wound, can quickly effective of absorption infiltrationliquid while reduce redness, promoting wound healing, class a healing rate 74%, control group class a healing rate 54%, two group compared to effect significantly （p〈0.05） ; （2） profile Palace produced operation Hou using rhubarb and Glauber＇s salt topical wound, can keep wound dry no redness, reduce stitches reaction, reduced induration and the stitches at skin broken burst, effective promoting wound healing, class a healing rate 90%, Grade a healing rate in the control group 78%, group effect was significant （p〈0.05） .Conclusion Rhubarb and Glauber＇s salt cut can effectively absorb cut ooze liquid, has a role in inflammation and swelling, and canpromote the Cesarean incision healing.
