品管圈活动在降低产房内产妇物品遗失率中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨品管圈活动在降低产房内产妇物品遗失率中的应用效果。方法：2014年3月成立品管圈小组，确立“降低产房内产妇物品遗失率”为活动主题，对所有进入产房的产妇物品遗失的现象进行现况调查和原因分析，并制定和落实整改措施，最后将改进前、后状况进行比较。结果：实施品管圈活动8个月后，产妇物品遗失率由活动前的8．71％降低至活动后的1．09％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．001）；规范了产妇物品管理流程；在品管圈活动后9名圈员在品管圈方法运用、团队精神、专业知识、问题解决能力、护理品质意识5个方面能力均高于开展前，活动成长皆为正向成长。结论：品管圈活动有效降低了产妇物品遗失率，尤其还提高了圈员在品管圈手法掌握、自信心、责任心和解决问题方面的能力。Objective To explore quality control circle activities in the application of reduce maternal items lost in the delivery room rate effect. Methods Circle of qc team was set up in March 2014, the establishment of ＂reduce maternal items lost in the delivery room rate＂ as the theme, women of all delivery items lost phenomenon present situation investigation and analysis of the causes, and formulate and implement the corrective actions, and finally compared before and after improvement status. Results Implementation of quality management circle activity eight months later, maternal items lost rate from 8.71% before the activity decreased to 1.09% after the activity, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.001）. Conclusions Quality management circle activity effectively reduce the maternal goods loss rate, especially the raised circle part to master the technique of quality control circle, self-confidence, the sense of responsibility and the ability to solve problems.
