摘　　要：随着现代医学的发展，对麻醉从业人员的素质要求越来越高，临床麻醉教学的改革迫在眉睫。本文从教学体系的改革，教师素质的提高，教育方式的改革和教育模式的改革等几个方面进行探讨，旨在为临床麻醉教学探索出一条新路。With the development of modern medicine, anesthetist with high quality is increasingly demanded in society. Therefore, it is imperative to carry out reform of clinical teaching of anesthesiology. The innovation of the teaching system, the improvement of teachers＇ quality as well as the changes of teaching mode and teaching methods are discussed, with the purpose to find a new approach to clinical teaching of anesthesiology.
