平阳霉素联合地塞米松注射治疗口腔颌面颈部静脉畸形的临床效果

摘　　要：目的：探究分析平阳霉素联合地塞米松注射对口腔颌面颈部静脉畸形的治疗效果。方法：选取近两年在我院接受治疗的口腔颌面颈部静脉畸形患者80例，随机分为对照组40人，试验组40人，试验组进行平阳霉素联合地塞米松治疗，对照组进行平阳霉素治疗，观察并比较两组患者经不同方式后的治疗效果。结果：试验组治疗后的总有效率（95．00％）明显高于对照组治疗后的总有效率（65．00％），两组有显著性差异，统计学上有意义（P〈0．05）。结论：平阳霉素联合地塞米松注射治疗口腔颌面颈部静脉畸形，可以显著提高患者的外在形象，减少患者的痛苦。Objective Analysis of joint pingyangmycin and dexamethasone injection on the treatment effect of oral and maxillofacial and neck with venous malformation. Methods Selection of nearly two years in our hospital for treatment of 80 patients with oral and maxillofacial and neck venous malformation, 40 people were randomly divided into control group and experimental group 40 people, pingyangmycin in combination with dexamethasone treatment group, control group treatment with pingyangmycin, observe and compare the two groups of patients after treatment effect by different ways. Results Treatment group after treatment the total effective rate （95.00%） were significantly higher than those of control group after treatment the total effective rate （65.00%）, two groups have significant difference, statistically significant （p 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Pingyangmycin in combination with dexamethasone injection in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial and neck venous malformation, can significantly improve the external image of patients, reduce the oain of the patients.
