西瓜霜喷剂与西地碘含片治疗口腔溃疡的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的：对于口腔溃疡，分别使用西地碘含片和西瓜霜喷雾剂给予治疗，对两者的疗效对比给予探讨。方法：随机选取我院2013年1月至2014年3月收治的120例口腔溃疡患者，均分为对照组和观察组，各为60例，对照组治疗实施西地碘合片，观察组治疗给予西瓜霜喷雾剂的方法，将两组的治疗效果进行比较。结果治疗一个星期后，对照组的疗效为76．6％，观察组的疗效为93．4％，观察组的疗效明显要比对照组高，差异显著，P〈0．05，具有统计学意义；将两组患者的复发率给予比较，对照组明显高于观察组，P〈0．05，具有统计学意义。结论：对于口腔溃疡的治疗，西瓜霜喷雾剂的效果明显优于西地碘含片，在临床治疗中值得推广。Objective For oral ulcer, respectively using sildenafil iodine tablets and watermelon frost spray treatment, the curative effect of the two contrast to explore. Conclusions For the treatment, of oral ulcer, the effect of watermelon frost sprays iodine tablets is superior to the west, is worth popularization in clinical treatment.
