SLIPA喉罩及气管插管全麻在腹腔镜胆囊手术中应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的：比较SLIPA喉罩和气管插管全麻在腹腔镜胆囊手术中的应用效果。方法：回顾性分析在本院行腹腔锾胆囊手术114例患者的临床资料，按照治疗方法分成两组，每组57例，对照组采用气管插管麻醉，研究组采用SLIPA喉罩麻醉，记录并比较两组T1、T2、T3、T4、T5五个时刻点的HR和BP值，以及术后不良反应情况。结果：研究组HR、BP值在各个时刻基本保持稳定水平，对照组BP、HR值在T2、T3、T4均有明显波动，两组波动幅度比较差异明显，研究组术后不良反应发生情况例数明显少于对照组，比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：SLIPA喉罩较气管插管全麻麻醉效果显著，对患者的伤害程度小，引发的并发症少，安全性高。Objective Compare the SLIPA laryngeal mask and application effect of endotracheal intubation anesthesia in laparoscopic gallbladder surgery. Methods Line laparoscopic gallbladder surgery at our hospital 114 case were retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of patients, according to the treatment is divided into two groups, each group of 57 cases, control group adopts endotracheal intubation anesthesia, team USES the SLIPA laryngeal mask anesthesi~ record and compare the two groups ofT1, T2, T3, T4, TS, five time point of HR and BP values, and postoperative adverse reactions. Results Team of HR and BP values in each moment basic stable level, control the BP, HR value in T2, T3, T4 are obvious fluctuations, comparative differences are statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）： Conclusions SLIPA laryngeal mask is endotmcheal intubation of general anesthesia effect is remarkable, the damage degree of the patients with small, less complications, high safety.
