摘　　要：目的：探讨围手术期系统的护理干预对合并糖尿病手术患者的影响。方法：选择我院糖尿病手术患者68例，随机分为干预组和对照组（每组各34例患者）。对照组接受常规护理，干预组在此基础上接受围手术期系统的护理干预，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果：干预组患者的恢复快于对照组，将两组的数据对比进行统计分析，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），结论：对糖尿病手术患者在围术期实施系统的护理干预可以促进手术切口愈合，加快患者的康复，值得在临床推广应用。Objective To study the periopemtive system of nursing intervention on the impact of surgery patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods Our hospital 68 cases of patients with diabetes surgery, were mndomly divided into intervention group and control group （each group of 34 patients）. Control group accepted routine nursing care, intervention group on the basis of the accepted perioperative nursing intervention of the system, and to compare the nursing effect of two groups of patients. Results The intervention group patients recover faster than the control group, compared two groups of data statistical analysis, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In patients with diabetes surgery in perioperative implement system of nursing intervention can promote healing of incision, speed up the recovery of patients. Is worth popularizing in clinical application.
