摘 要:目的:探讨缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿应用系统护理干预对预后的影响。方法:抽取2013年3月-2014年3月本院接诊的128例缺氧缺血性脑病患儿作为研究对象,按抽签法将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组64例,对照组予以常规护理,对观察组患儿加强系统护理干预,比较两组患儿NBNA(神经行为评分)及智能发育情况。结果:观察组在出生_个月时,其体重、摄奶量与神经行为评分均高于对照组;同时在6个月、12个月时,观察组患儿在语言、精细运动、大运动方面DQ评分明显高于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P均〈0.05)。结论:对缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿予以早期听、视觉及语言功能训练,并加强对患儿家属的心理支持,保证系统护理干预的有效实施,能促进患儿智能发育,提高患儿预后。Objective To study the oxygen hemorrhagic encephalopathy nursing intervention's influence on the prognosis of neonatal application system. Methods From March 2013 to March 2014 in our hospital,128 cases of children with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy as the research object, according to the draw method will be randomly divided into observation group and contnol group, 64 cases in each group,routine nursing in control group, the observation group with nursing intervention, strengthen system to compare two groups of children with NBNA (neurobehavioral score) and the development of intelligence. Results In observation group was born a month, their weight, taken milk supply and neurobehavioral scores are higher than the control group; In 6 months and 12 months at the same time, the group of children in language, fine motor, large sports DQ score significantly higher than the control group, compare the differences between groups with statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion Early to neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy listening, language and visual function training, and strengthen the psychological support of families of children with, to ensure the effective implementation of the system of nursing intervention, can promote the child intelligence development, improve the prognosis of children.
