摘 要:采用高温固相法合成钛酸钙,并向材料中掺杂1%、2%、3%、5%、10%质量分数的ZrO2对其进行改性,用XRD、SEM、UV-Vis-DRS等分析方法对材料进行表征,采用烧瓶振荡法对锆掺杂钛酸钙进行抗菌性能测试。结果表明,纯的钛酸钙对金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC6538)表现出很好的抗菌性,随着锆掺杂质量分数的增加,杀菌率先增加后降低,当掺杂质量分数为3%时,杀菌效果达到最高。The calcium titanate was prepared titanate doped with 1%, 2%, 3%, 5%, 10% mass by high temperature solid phase method. The effects of calcium fraction of ZrO2 were investigated. The components and micro- structures of the materials were examined by XRD, SEM and UV-Vis-DRS. The antibacterial properties of the cal- cium titanate doped with ZrO2 were investigated by flask oscillation methods. The results showed that. pure calcium titanate had the best antibacterial properties to Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC6538). Sterilization increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of the content of ZrO2, and antibacterial properties of calcium titanate doped with zir- conium reached the maximun when the mass fraction of zirconium was 3%.
