摘　　要：研究了扦插基质、促根剂及其浓度和插条类型等因素对金叶刺槐插穗生根率和根系特性的影响。结果表明:影响金叶刺槐插穗生根的主导因素是促根剂种类,其次是枝段部位和扦插基质,促根剂浓度的影响较小。金叶刺槐扦插较好的处理为:以混合的珍珠岩、泥炭与蛭石(体积比1∶1∶1)为基质,选用嫩枝中段插条,在IBA500mg/L中浸泡2h,扦插生根率可达82.19%。The influences of four factors including substrates,hormone types,hormone levels and cuttings types with three different treatments on softwood cutting of Robinia pseudoacacia＇Frisia＇were analyzed by orthogonal test in this study. The results demonstrated that the dominant factor infected rooting of R. pseudoacacia＇Frisia＇was the type of hormone,followed by the types of cuttings and substrates. The concentration of hormone slightly influenced on rooting. The optimal treatment for rooting was using the middle of the softwood cuttings which was soaked into the 500 mg / L IBA solution for 2 hours with the substrates blended by perlite,turves and vermiculite（ V∶ V∶ V = 1∶ 1∶ 1）,and the rooting ratio could reach 82. 19%.
