摘　　要：农村劳动力流动和农民工市民化进程中的"非典型性"现象是目前中国农村人口城市化进程中的基本特征,这是一种有违经典理论和普遍经验的非常规现象,已经严重阻碍了当代中国的现代化进程。导致这一现象的基本成因在于长期固守"城市中心主义制度"及"农村边缘化制度"。要改变这种现象,就必须对现行制度体系进行彻底改革,以"制度公正、国民平等"为主旨,加快推进农民工市民化进程。The atypical phenomenon reflected in the rural labor flow and the migrant workers＇ citizenization is the basic characteristic in the process of present urbanization of rural population in China. This unconventional phenomenon,which is contrary to the classical theories and general experience,has seriously hindered the process of the modernization of China. The basic causes for this phenomenon lie in the long- term urban- centric system and rural- marginal system. In order to change it,we must make fair institutions and equal nation as the idea and reform current system thoroughly. Only thus,can we accelerate the process of migrant workers＇ citizenization.
