摘 要:本文利用金融包容指数测算普惠制金融发展水平,利用VAR模型检验我国1985-2012年普惠制金融与产业结构调整的关系,发现普惠制金融发展与产业结构合理化、产业结构高级化之间存在双向的格兰杰因果关系,且三者之间存在长期稳定的均衡关系;在短期内,普惠制金融发展推动产业结构调整主要是通过产业结构合理化而非产业结构高级化,而在长期内则恰好相反;产业结构高级化推动了普惠制金融发展,而产业结构合理化却起了阻碍作用,但普惠制金融受产业结构合理化冲击稳态收敛的速度慢于产业结构高级化。因此,为了扩大普惠制金融发展规模,政府应逐步弱化对经济发展的干预程度,加快产业结构高级化的步伐。This article uses the financial index to measure inclusive finance development level,and tests the relationship between inclusive finance and industrial structure adjustment from 1985 to 2012 based on VAR model. The results show that there exists Granger causality relationship between inclusive finance development and rationalization of industrial structure,optimization of industrial structure,as well as a long- run equilibrium relation exists among the inclusive finance development,rationalization of industrial structure and optimization of industrial structure. In the short term,the inclusive finance uses rationalization of industrial structure,but not optimization of industrial structure to promote industrial structure adjustment,while it' s converse in the long run; the optimization of industrial structure significantly promotes the inclusive finance development,while the rationalization of industrial structure plays an impediment role,the convergent speed of inclusive finance development to the shock of rationalization of industrial structure is slower than optimization of industrial structure. In this regard,in order to expand the scale of inclusive finance development,government should gradually weaken the degree of intervention in economic development and accelerate the pace of optimization of industrial structure.
